Things are very loose, but try and stay focused - think of this list as consisting of people who are interested in raving in the San Joaquin Valley, but not necessarily as the only list these people are subscribed to. There are a plethora of other mailing lists and newsgroups out there - for example the "idm" and "ambient" mailing lists on Hyperreal or alt.music.techno on USENET. There are also more than a dozen other regionalized mailing lists out there for different parts of the US and world.
Are archives of FresnoRaves messages available?
Nope. Not yet.
Remember that it is information from YOU that keeps it current. Every time you get a flyer that you don't see in the calendar you should send in the info.
