FresnoRaves was started in December of 1998 by Pat Ibbetson (Fresno) with the help of Brian at Hyperreal and soon joined artist Chris Rios (Hanford), and Meghan Roberts-Ibbetson (Visalia) with  the goal of  uniting and strengthening the rave community in the San Joaquin Valley.
