Subject: :::ISDN RAVES...PRECOG OF GLOBAL WEBDANC:::

I just got back from a quickie visit to a rave...
I have some friends who do all the graphics for their 'walls'.
It's interesting to see what the convergence of computer's and art is doing these days
..impressive..
I took my dark glasses, but, <sigh>
There was no ISDN line to anywhere:)
They played techno and trance..
But what i would like to be part of is GLOBAL WEBDANCE
Each city's dance center beamed onto wall's by video projectors connected to ISDN lines..
Dancers from Cape Town, Hawaai, New Zealand, Paris, Amsterdam, Mt. Shasta, Seoul, Beijing dancing alongside their counterparts around the world..
GLOBAL WEBDANCE..GLOBAL WEBTRANCE
It's a wonderful feeling this global consciousness that is slowly emerging via these electronic linkages..
We had such an event between San Francisco and Cape Town a few months ago that i took part in..it was an *extremely* stimulating event.
In Frisco, the representative of the Dalai Llama chanted something we could not quite get [the ambient music was LOUD] until one of the Frisco team smiled, wrote on a piece of paper and held it up for their camera to see..We broke into smiles of our own as we saw the words they had been saying...
GLOBAL PEACE NOW...it said...<smiles>
The energy was tangible...that linking across time and space was *really* exciting for me..a TV company video'd it...we/they were all carried away by the emotional impact of the event...
CAN YOU IMAGINE A HUNDRED CITIES?
[this is what happens to you when you write sci-fi:)]
Its even possible with multitasking and Windows 95:)

Ah, but they would rather explode bombs in the South Pacific....

i think i am getting carried away here....:)

[screech of brakes].....

<air hiss>...

hehe..
