.: DJ ICEY BIO :.

For years now people from all over the world have been coming out to see and
hear this Orlando native. It's easy to see him live due to the fact that
he's on the road most of the year. Quite simply, This is where it all started
for the hardest working DJ in America. His spinning career got into full gear
with his residency at the now defunct club The Edge. Not only did DJ Icey use
that time to pioneer funky breaks and launch his remix-producer career, he
also made history by convincing the then unknown Chemical Brothers to play their
first U.S. Show on July 4th, 1993 at The Edge. Building this solid
foundation led to DJ Icey getting requests from other clubs wanting to book him. He
hit the road and hasn't looked back. Now regarded as the "King of Funky Breaks"
(Mixmag April 1998) by creating a sound that is uniquely his own, he's won a
legion of followers all across the U.S.

Icey was discovered by the man himself, Pete Tong, an innovator and pioneer
in dance music culture. Besides being a DJ on the famed BBC Radio 1, he has
done almost every job in the record business. It's not surprising that he
signed Icey to his ffrr label in 1997. He followed in the footsteps of other
Essential DJ's such as Pete Tong, Fatboy Slim, and Paul Oakenfold, with the
release of this summer's "Essential Mix - Mixed by DJ Icey". His eighth release
'For The Love Of The Beat' is nothing short of brilliant, and one of his best
pieces of work to date.

This album is more of an artist/DJ CD. All the songs in this mix have been
manipulated by DJ Icey in some form or fashion. Icey says that this CD is
"similar to my live sets where ninety percent of what I spin is exclusive
material. I wanted everything on this mix to be tunes I have produced, remixed, or
re-edited." This inspiring dialog is a true look at the music on the disc.

.: BRENDAN BENKE BIO :.

Brendan Benke launched his DJ career in 1997, inspired after attending the=20
infamous Redlight parties while spending a summer in Boston. "The Redlight =20
guys held it down, in a very underground fashion, which is what turned me on=
to =20
the scene. I was hooked when I saw the crowd's reaction. I wanted to make=20
people do that." As he played house parties in his hometown, Washington D.C=
.,=20
Brendan found his niche in house music. "It's universal and hard not to get=
 down=20
to. It's what I got into this scene listening to and has always made me=20
dance. It's happy music - it can make most anyone smile, and it's accessibl=
e.=20
House music has been around through the rise and fall in popularity of othe=
r=20
genres."=20

Brendan continued to spin regularly at some of the hottest local house musi=
c=20
spots until he moved to New York City in 2001. He met Hisham Samawi and Gen=
e=20
Rhee, and they formed the talented up and coming DJ crew, Native Theory. He=20=
=20
soon found himself behind the decks at many of New York's famed nightspots,=20=
=20
including large capacity venues Arc, Centro-Fly, and Discotheque. Brendan ha=
s =20
shared the bill with house legends and rising talent such as Erick Morillo,=20
Tedd Patterson, Pete Moss, and Mr. C, and is a resident at Subliminal Sess=
ions.

In addition to being a DJ, Brendan is a member of the production trio, Dirt=
y=20
Gringos, along with Dennis Rodgers and Hisham Samawi. The three are quickly=
=20
establishing themselves as respected producers on the electronic music=20
circuit. Their debut production, "Cowbell," is spreading to charts at an im=
pressive=20
pace, having reached the influential hands and playlists of Danny Tenaglia,=
=20
Danny Howells, John Digweed, Lee Burridge, Saeed & Palash, and Tyler Stadiu=
s.=20
In their June issue, Urb Magazine selected the track as one of 'The Very=20
Best of Miami '03'. People are taking notice of his talent as Brendan conti=
nues=20
to make an impact both locally and around the country.

Subject: [ne-raves] Sacandaga Music & Arts Festival - Location and other specifics

The exact address of the event is possibly two different things depending on
the map service you use.

Follow these links for maps from general areas link Buffalo, NY, New York,
NY, Plattsburg, NY, Philadelphia, PA and Manchester, VT. These should
clarify the directions, but I will also drop the address that you can put in
map search engines like mapquest.com, expedia.com, maps.yahoo.com (aka
mapquest.com) and so forth.

Mapquest's Take on the subject.
*These are links that will simply open up to the directions.
*These are examples of travel from various locations and given to show
general direction of travel. You should just pop your own home address into
this search engine to get the best and most exact version for your own
individual route.
Buffalo:
http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?go=1&do=nw&un=m&2tabval=address&cl=EN&ct=NA&1tabval=address&1y=US&1a=&1c=Buffalo&1s=NY&1z=&2y=US&2a=224+maple+grove+road&2c=northville&2s=ny&2z=12134
NYC
http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?go=1&do=nw&un=m&2tabval=address&cl=EN&ct=NA&1tabval=address&bs.x=0&bs.y=0&bs=bs&1y=US&1a=&1c=New+York&1s=NY&1z=&2y=US&2a=224+maple+grove+road&2c=northville&2s=ny&2z=12134
Plattsburg
http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?go=1&do=nw&un=m&2tabval=address&cl=EN&ct=NA&1tabval=address&1y=US&1a=&1c=Plattsburgh&1s=ny&1z=12901&2y=US&2a=224+maple+grove+road&2c=northville&2s=ny&2z=12134
Philadelphia
http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?go=1&do=nw&un=m&2tabval=address&cl=EN&ct=NA&1tabval=address&bs.x=0&bs.y=0&bs=bs&1y=US&1a=&1c=Philadelphia&1s=pa&1z=&2y=US&2a=224+maple+grove+road&2c=northville&2s=ny&2z=12134
Manchester

Most search places accept the following address as being correct. This is by
no means a city, this is the "Village of Northville". These are small back
roads that will see more traffic on this day than it may in a full year...
not kidding I went to school here! The address is...
224 Maple Grove Road, Northville, NY 12134
HOWEVER if that address doesn't pull up directions for whatever reason, the
address is also represented as...
224 county highway 143, Northville, NY 12134
The first style should be just fine.

To address the outdoor/indoor issue. This is totally outdoor. There is free
camping, and free parking.
There will be a stage that is in use all day/night and a vast area that will
be inhabited by us all. It's a festival you silly people... there's just
bands during the day, and various style's of DJ's at night. This is why we
offer individual day, and event passes. If you only wanna do one night that
has the DJ's you like, just do one day. But remember that it's not only
economical to get a three day pass over the one day pass, when you end up
having fun and wanna stay longer, you'll just feel even more silly.

SO... thank you all for your feedback, and I will see you all there!
As always you can check the official website at www.sanktionrecords.com for
any pertainant information and other fun stuff!

Wow, what a great party! I didn't think massives like that could be
pulled off anymore and I didn't think one would be capable of being one of
the best parties ever!

Great people, great venue, great music, great everything! There were
people from all over the country, it was crazy. And everyone was so
friednly! It was like a buncha friends from all over came together to
have a great time.

Ok, now all the crappy people can slam my review because it isn't to their
liking.

A few people said the same thing to me, and these are old school jaded people.
But they said the crowd was amazingly nice, and the music was on key. I am gald
something like this went off, maybe there is hope for something new. One friend
cared to mention it was a large mature working class amount of people there,
instead of your normal spolied suburban raver kid, which could be one of the
reasons for the differnce in people.

I hope this isnta fluke and there is a sign of overall quality returning to
parties.

This year has been insane for parties. Most I've gone to have been small,
around a few hundred or less, and very fun. But the Whistle thing really
caught me off guard. I really think we're having a rebirth that I didn't
expect to see!

And I have a feeling this isn't the only area with a revival going on...

RAVE ON!

While I would say I had fun at whistle, I wouldn't call it the party of the
millenium - there were still Ultraworld thanksgiving parties going on ;)

Tho I will agree with you about Feelgood. That was extremely dissappointing.
Frankis and I actually left to go downstairs and hang out at the other bar
(drinking? us? noooooo...) and wait for Sneak. Now *that* was a fun set. Oh,
and DJ Dobey or whatever the fuck his name was was fun too. Tho I think they
should have just given him a half hour instead of a full hour.

I'd rate whistle at a well earned 78 out of 100. Not a super memorable party,
but far from a bad one.

God feelgood was awful, I agree.

I had a real good time, just like I did at Bang last
summer. RAVE is a bit pricier than it used to be,
thats for sure. Carl Michaels was on point as usual,
Sneak was hotness, and DJ Dopey was shweet as well.

Big ups to the return of the ravey outdoor tent at
shampoo, the likes of which I havent seen in years.

I felt a little plurry after that party. I think I
have been overly reminiscent of thigns in general of
late as Im experiencing a bit of a transition, and
this may have made me a bit more vulnerable.

Im lookin forward to the next time I can pretend im 21
again.

**BOOO****!!!!

Foundation Productions Presents:

HAUNTED HOUSE MUSIC MADNESS
Saturday, 10/16/04
Silk city, 5th and spring garden (philly)

w/ special (return) guest:

DAN X (No Assembly Required, Peaches, CHICAGO)

Hide the Miller Lite, because the one and only
Chi-town destroyer is back in town! If you missed Dan
in January, you definitely don't want to sleep on
this. Nowadays, Dan is a heavy hitter in the studio
along with No Assembly Required cohort Justin Long,
releasing projects on such notable labels as Cajual,
Music For Freaks, Aroma, G-Swing, Greenskeepers, No No
Tracks, Doubledown, Select, and Philly's own Dae
Recordings. And when Dan gets behind the decks, it's
all over. He absolutely blew the roof off last time
and you can count on it again. You never know what to
expect from this fellow, so we've only got three words
for you: TIME 2 JACK!!

Of course, spooky turntable support will be brought by
the likes of:

Chris P,
Matt Wich,
Matt Brownell,
and Frank Scott

All this for only $8. Plus that allows you to take a
crack at the goulish $3 special aka 1 PBR + 1.5oz Jim
Bean = $3.  SCARY STUPH!

Doors open at 10 and close at 2. Big
trick-or-treaters only, this candy required you to be
21+

See yall there!
frankis
foundation productions

PS-
Its been a while since us here at foundation have
thrown a lil' party, let alone send ya'll an email to
promote for it (which has been over a yr at this pt).
And while our server may still be a point of both
contention for some and legal debate for others and
therefore still not be online, it doesn't mean that we
haven't finally gotten around to yanking the address
book off of it.

Which means that Foundation Productions is sending out
its first email in a long time. And it wont be the
last.

So in other words, if this annoys you... let us know,
and Ill fickz it. thx.

damn - now I wish I would have went!!!! I know somne people are FROM Philly, so IYHO, would it have been as good if you travelled to NY (or the equivilant of 2.5 hours) to go.

Now, keep in mind, Im saying that the same party was 2.5 hours away and has nothing to do with the NY vibe or the NY scene and crowds. Just asking if you would have had the same amount of fun with a 2.5 hour roadtrip attached.

The response would definately hit home better if it came from an old jaded raver :P

Seems Oakie wrote an article for cnn.com, it's actually decent.

Superstar DJ
Dance music visionary on turntable technology
By Paul Oakenfold for CNN
Monday, October 18, 2004 Posted: 10:57 AM EDT (1457 GMT)

(CNN) -- For me it all started with two turntables and a mixer. That's
what DJing is all about.

I always loved music and, like a lot of people, I was in a terrible band
and it didn't happen. Then I saw what Grandmaster Flash was doing with
turntables and it really excited me. I just followed my heart.

In the last couple of years a lot of DJs have been forced into using CD
players, because record companies are producing less acetate and
promotional records, and just burning CDs instead. With the latest players
you can do a lot of the tricks that you can do with vinyl. That makes
things easier, but you're losing the art of DJing to a certain extent.

It's what you do with the equipment that matters. We can all play the same
records, but what makes you stand out from the pack is what you do with
them and the order you play them in.

I'm still happiest with two turntables and a box of records. You're
pulling records out, trying to match the key, the structure, looking for
the breaks. With a CD player you can put the CD in, press play and lock it
in time, and it does it all for you.

The most important thing is the crowd and I don't think they want someone
up there DJing on a laptop. It's impersonal. With vinyl, people can see
what the DJ's doing. Can you imagine Grandmaster Flash on a laptop? The
art form has gone.

I don't download music because the quality isn't good enough to play in a
club. There's no bottom end on it. It's the difference between going to
the cinema and watching a DVD. There are certain movies you have to see on
the big screen, to see the full picture and get lost in it. For me it's
the same with music.

I'd much rather go to a record store than download music. I like to
browse, to look at the sleeve and find out who's the hot new producer. It
keeps you fresh and keeps you ahead of the game.

Computers have made it easier for anyone to make a record but that's also
brought the quality down. It's great that technology has made music more
accessible but the biggest artists will still use traditional studio
equipment because you get much better quality. The people I admire -- Liam
Howlett of Prodigy, the Chemical Brothers and Orbital -- they are all
artists primarily. The technology is secondary.

The record for me that brings it all together is "Papua New Guinea" by
Future Sound of London. It's got a great sample, it's got the electronic
bass and it's a huge club record. Those are the three elements. It's still
being re-sampled, re-mixed and re-played. I just bought a bootleg that
samples it.

When you're making a record or doing a remix you've got to come with a
vibe or a direction before you start with the technology. If I go into a
studio to do a remix I'll listen to a record 10 or 15 times to decide
where the vibe's coming from.

You can't program creativity. The hit I had with "Starry Eyed Surprise"
came from a sample I picked up from watching "Midnight Cowboy." You can
sit there and be a tech-head, but at the end of the day the records are no
good.

I have to agree with you here.

He brings up lots of valid points; showing the romance that we do have as a
vinyl culture. There is just some gear out there that can’t be replicated and
it creates a great sound, however, over the last year and a half technology has
moved so far, that the amount of gear out there is getting smaller and smaller.
I do agree, that much music that is d/l will not sound as good, but for people
who obtain mp3’s from the source, can get things of extremely high quality. I
am surprised he didn’t bring up something along the lines of final scratch.

The best part of this article is him stating that yes there are more people
writing music because it’s easier, but it also means there is much more crap. I
retired as a DJ and at a good time, I don’t envy any of you out there that have
piles and piles of crap to go through these days. When I use to buy records in
the start it was a given that I would walk out with 80% of what I heart, but
over the last 14 year I would say that reduced by 5% each year.

Lucky enough in the genre that I concentrate on the most, there has been a
revival of quality music, so as far as the hardcore techno world goes, it’s
looking up, but other genre’s that I follow, many have become saturated.

Lots of good music still is made that way. When I started writing music back in
91, I was not able to really get full swing till about 1993. The largest factor
was the cost involved in getting all the gear you needed. Now with the quality
in much of the software and the VST revolution with soft-synths any one can
produce. The advantages to this, is the birth of many new and good artists, who
at one time would not and could not do this because of lack of funds. The
disadvantage however, is the fact that anyone now can write music, so there is
lots of crap floating around.

Anyone who things that software today can not write good music is mistaken,
most of the top producers are using software to a large degree. Many have been
selling off their gear because of the limitations and or it’s not necessary. As
I stated in my last post, some gear still is very unique in sound, so it can’t’
be replaced, other times, people are just so good with something that’ it
doesn’t pay to stop using it. Granted analog snobs will jump on me for this,
but a lot of replicated synths its getting very hard to near impossible to tell
the difference. One can argue the whole warm sound, but take your complete song
and run it through a tube filter, you will get your warmth, and you just
removed half the people who “think” they know the difference.

I use to be one of the biggest proponents of gear, but over the lat few years,
the advances in DPS and Software technology has converted me other wise.

The comment above about Special gear, most of those companies have or are
porting their special gear to software only versions that either run as a ADUIO
UNIT/VST/DXi or are part of some DSP type system. When it comes to mastering,
there is still an advantage to the studio and the hardware, but for our EDM
composing, the computer has become more of the main tool then it ever was
before. I started out with my Atari 1040ST with Cubase running a huge studio
that I wasted well over 20,000$ on; and now I have a UBER computer running
almost 95% of what I do.

One thing people forget is, that techno was created using alot of gear not for
its original purpose..

au contraire! ... it really depends on the bitrate, and the EQing of the sound

 system.

128kbit stereo: sounds like ass and will always because of its limit in
 reproducing bass frequencies.

192kbit joint stereo: sounds like it came on a cassette tape with crisp clear
high but muddy mids and minimal low frequencies

320kbit VBR: sounds just like CD as has been proven in many sound tests.
not only does it produce the cleanest signal. in a blind test with the
original
CD AND DAT included, most listeners could not differentiate between a 320kbit

VBR and the original DAT, let alone the original CD.

plus any sound engineer worth a damn will be running a compressor before the
amps anyway, which effectively nullifies the quietness and should remove any
abberant frequencies of an mp3 anyway. to ensure best sound reproduction from
mp3s use a 15-band stereo EQ and boost the stuff lower than 100hz about 15%.

VBR completely nullfies this. hence why i said 320kbit VBR
 and besides which...

90% of artists play VINYL... lets compare 320kbit VBR to Vinyl

Vinyl has piss poor frequency response below 30hz and above 25khz anyways
which by the way a 320kbit VBR mp3 does not. (low freq cut off is around 18hz
 high cutoff around 28khz) ...

I saw a lab double blind study on this shit FIRST HAND...

and this mirror of a c't test from 2000 backs me up:

or if you understand german you can read the original here:

that and not to mention human ear only goes from 15hz to 20khz and thats

this was true in 2001... this is not true today using VBR technology.

this is "hype"-only proprietary technology. remember the sony betamax? expect

check this out:
http://members.home.nl/w.speek/comparison.htm

you'll be interested to note Apple's lossless came in near the bottom.
with even FLAC coming in higher (and its open source!).

and a good comparison of AAC vs LAME VBR is here:
http://www.recordstorereview.com/misc/aacmp3.shtml

and in my personal experience i've found AAC at less than 160kbit sounds worse
than a comparable mp3pro encoding. above that its just about a tie, or do a
comparison yourself here's the software to do it!:

http://www.kikeg.arrakis.es/winabx/

and if you really wanna warp your mind a little, realize that iTunes AAC by
default encodes using a VBR (variable bitrate).

MUSIC: Electronica
Mouse On Mars w/ Ratatat and Junior Boys

when: Sat 10.23 (10pm)
where: Bowery Ballroom (6 Delancey St, 212.533.2111)
price: $14
links: Event Info | Mouse on Mars | Ratatat | Junior Boys

Despite the fact that nearly all of their records could slip seamlessly
into any techno DJ's set, Mouse on Mars fancy themselves as rockers. Sure,
their live show is peppered with samplers, synthesizers, and all of the
other devices generally associated with shaking booties, but ever since
Jan St. Werner and Andi Toma met at a death metal concert years ago,
they've been hell-bent on grafting electronic music with rock so that
lovers of both can converge on a common dance floor. Ratatat and Junior
Boys conveniently share similar sentiments . both opening bands continue
the post-rock, post-techno tradition with melodious instrumentation and
scattered, skittering beats. (KT)

Too bad somebody managed to walk with all 3 copies of it. It's too bad
that it's so hard to keep something like that backed up off-site as
well.

That's actually not meant to be sarcastic. Finding somebody trustworthy
for things like storage of music is hard (at least, storage for
unreleased stuff... hey John, check this new shit out! Nobody's heard
it yet.. here's a cd, but don't tell anybody). In raw mode, it's killer
on bandwidth, so online back is probably not an option. You'd basically
have to rent out a safe box and keep a hard drive there. So yes, it's
too bad it's so hard to keep it off-site. But kudos for multiple copies
anyway.... even if it didn't work...

is it just me or has no one mentioned yet that this guy has been named and
accused but there is no mention of charges being brought against him.... esp
since they "feel he kept it [the guitar] for himself."

actually, along those lines; frankis broke into my apt and stole my collection
of records and i believe he is storing them in his living room and in his
upstairs i've-been-bad bedroom. also, skinner stole my entire studio and is
hiding with it unabomber style in the poconos.

if you will kindly pass this around the internet to everyone (if you don't get 5
replies back something bad will happen, i promise, my cousins' sisters'
boyfriend didn't send it out and he was in a car accident 4 minutes later)
hopefully i can recover my equipment from these criminals whom no charges were
brought against. thank you.

Do you have new pix of your humble abode with all the new mods and fixes
for show-and-tell? You going to invite us over for a backwaters, hillbilly
rave or do we have to invite overselves?

Not yet! Still working on it, another 8 months of work, or a few more
depending on the funds. Come spring time, I plan on doing an day party on
the public land for our village. As a river town along the Deleware river,
it's a really beautiful area, and lots of camp grounds and other places I
can also use :)

Above link takes you to my ebay auctions. Some of you on the list might be
intrested in the copy of DJ Funk' Comsmic 006. It's the track that you
have heard a few people play, but Joey Beltram seems to play it almost
every other set. It's the PUMP IT PUMP IT track. There is also a rare
Underground Resistance record along with Direct Drive Record (Jimmy Crashs
old Label) 0012 by Adam X.

I will have some more rare techno and acid records up in the near future,
along with lots of good rare, and or hard to get hardcore techno.

If you happen to know someone that might want these records please pass
them along the link.

.: ASTRO & GLYDE BIO :.

ASTRO, the ubiquitous NYC duo of Gaby Dershin & James Bem, have been
storming on their weekly Sunday sessions at the notorious Le Souk SHAMELESS parties
with host/DJ SWAMY. For a dedicated cadre of serious clubbers this was the
after-after party that carried on until Monday morning. In the city that never
sleeps, this is the party that never ends with Astro at the helm. There's an
upfront energy and twisted journey you take during an Astro DJ set. Gaby &
James have that keen sixth sense, as DJs who understood what it takes to keep
the party going and inspire a crowd long after the weekend should technically
be over. When the beat never stops, 24-7 takes on a whole new meaning in New
York and with Astro leading the charge, it means going the distance!

Their new track "Aimless Dame" was signed to BEDROCK by JOHN DIGWEED himself
after listening to a cdr in his NYC hotel room's CD player whilst in town
for a gig. The track takes on a life of its own with pulsing, gritty New York
heat, just as summer begins to take hold. The dark, melodic hook gears up to
seduce people onto dance floors worldwide with edgy vocal courtesy of NYC punk
rock royalty Queen V. On the flip side, a brilliant deep house track given
fantastic and techy twists by Tigerhook Corporation's RANDALL JONES.

Join us as we celebrate this milestone in their burgeoning careers, poised
to inspire a new generation of clubbers and future DJs....

=2E..was fucking amazing.

No, really. I was taken aback. Somewhere in the vestiges of that
hipster infected den of iniquity that is the black cat was something
mind-boggling.

I REALLY recommend people track them down ASAP. The set they played
was VERY VERY VERY dance-oriented. Not just this crap where indie rock
bands talk about being dance oriented and you can bop along to it for
like .00003256 seconds when someonepushes a button on a synth by
accident. No, this stuff was great. It ranged from really fast
pounding house, to dub house, to breakbeats, to just straight dub. my
jaw was on the floor and people were actually dancing. Like woah me
glad I went.

Subject: [ne-raves] new tracks

here are some leet new meatsock jungle tracks for your general
listening enlightenment. i would like to hear any useful feedback
you've got.

http://www.grep-fu.net/lighta2.mp3 -- ragga gabber jungle feat 'amount
a grand' by captain barkey. it has been compared by some to suburban
base circa 96 -- i wish i could say that was my intent.

http://www.grep-fu.net/anotherplace_dnb.mp3 -- apache junglism, with
melodic studies. the owls are not what they seem. featuring bassline
and vocal samples stolen from twin peaks.

if you like that track, you'll love the 21-minute live studio original:
http://67.86.53.214:8081/~pete/anotherplace/meatsock-another_place-08-10-04.mp3

also, if you'd like to hear one of the tracks currently in progress,
check out www.grep-fu.net/tranceisasetting.mp3 -- yes. it's trance. i
admit it.

also, i've placed a 5 hour mp3 of my latest anti-music workshop from
october 22nd in the
http://67.86.53.214:8081/~pete/anti-music-workshop/ which starts out
with an hour of glitch and ambient-ish electronic music from john
davison as Superstar DJ Bangout McFunkyJunk , progresses sloppily
through a mic break, then goes into an hour of DJ Godstopper spinning
some nifty dark trance and 'clash, then baldy does an hour or so of
crazy hardcore, then it's a few hours more of dj funkyjunk and i
messing around and tagteaming glitch and breakcore and ambient and
various live-studio noize. it's rather huge, 248mb, but it's got good
spots.

=8CWHAT=B9S WRONG WITH THE RIGHT=B9 (another reason to vote for kerry)

To sum up: Anything beyond the limited powers expressly delegated by the
people under the Constitution to their government for certain limited
purposes creates the danger of tyranny. We stand there now.

For an American conservative, better one lost election than the continued
empowerment of cynical men who abuse conservatism through an exercise of
power unrestrained by principle through the compromise of conservative
beliefs.=20

George W. Bush claims to be conservative. But based upon the unwholesome
intrusion into domestic life and personal liberty of his administration and
the local governments who imitate it, George W. Bush is no conservative, no
friend of limited, constitutional government=8Band no friend of freedom.
